Yup in rolls july 4th and that brings one thing to mind for me.....no not burgers fireworks, and cookouts, no the summer nationals. Its a week long car show in good old worcester mass. It runs from today the 4th till sun the 8th. The main car show is at green hill park. There are over 6,000 classic, high performance muscle cars, bikes, trucks, you name it. Its great fun during the day to go up and walk around the park and see all the cars. I personaly will be taking up my hunk 'o junk, and rIot will be taking his car up which he has been slaving over for a good month now.
There is also a downtown show at night. They close off a few blocks and there are a bunch of cars for show on main street. Everything is fenced in and what not. They have burnouts on a public street which goes into a tunnel. Its a good way to spend a day and reallly reallllllly cool to see vehicles that people have put their heart and soul into.

Re: Its that time again!
I was just at the car show at the Topsfield fairgrounds...I imagine it was
most of the same cars that will be in the summer nationals...
It was fantastic!
I spent days afterwards fantasizing about which car I'd like to have
driven away in, so many to choose from!!

That sounds like a lot of fun. They are having one in my area in a couple of weeks, am going to try and make it as well.
On a slight thread-jacking, has anyone seen Tranformers yet and Bumblebee? Even though I do have a Mustang and it looks and drives great, the new Camero is pretty sweet. Speaking of which, it's time to break out the soap, clay bar, polish and wax, the Mustang is long overdue for some TLC.

You've got to ask yourself a question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?
