Losing the Portal ink when I log in

The first pic below is my default view when logged in. The second is the view when I log out. Somehow I am losing the Portal link whern I lon in. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Stinky,

Have you tried wiping your browser cache? This happened to me when I first activated the portal and wiping my cache cleared it up. You can also try this link Portal. If you're still having trouble after that, let me know and we'll try something else.
