There is a sequel to the original Source mod Insurgency coming out on Friday. This game is what got me into online multiplayer FPS. If it is anything like the original, it was very fun and very immersive. Although I am generalizing, it is like Counter-Strike meets battlefield. The "relism" modes where very good and much better then the "hardcore" mode in BF2:BC2 and BF3.

It will be available through steam for I think $20.00.

I really enjoyed the original mod. I will probably pick this up on friday. Im a little nervous since they did not reach their goal on kickstarter. Hopefully they had funds to finish the game and enough interest in the game to keep servers running and occupied.

Hmm, I'm in the mood to try something new.

Been spending most of my time on World of Tanks and Master of Magic.

Looks like the early access is basically beta access. Still cant find an actual release date for the finished product. Either way I still think I will try it tonight

I was finally able to download it late last night (haven't had a chance to play yet), but Doc says it's not bad. Woke up this morning to an email with a code for 50% (will make it $10.00) off since I was a kickstarter backer. I have already purchased the game. If anybody want it I can PM it to you. First come first serve.
