It was my Punk Buster. I finally uninstalled and then went to look for it, and had to find a small program to replace Punkbuster because there was no support from PB.com. If anyone else is having a problem with their PB set up, let me know and I'll share the program with you.

This is virus/malware free as far as I know, and got me back in the game.
