I'm having fun with the Neverwinter Nights 2 bundle I bought on-line from Atari. The graphics are still pretty good, and the rule set is very D&D.
The first pic shows my current group. Left to right there's:
Eleena, a Wood Elf Druid whose companion is, for some reason, a dinosaur. She carries a mean-looking sickle.
Neesha, a Tiefling Rogue, which mean's she's got horns (and a REALLY irritating in-game voice)
Me, Glurds Laroo, a Dwarf Barbarian, currently equipped with a Bone Phoenix Mace (1d8, 1d6 fire damage, +1 enhancement). As soon as I get a decent Great Axe I'll switch.
Khelgar, who looks a lot like Glurds, a Dwarf Fighter. Always arguing with Neesha.
The second pic shows us in action, with the mace showing its fiery glory.

It would be great if you could multiplay (not mmo) on these!

You can, but I haven't figured it out.
But if you want to do that, why not just fire up DDO?

Re: Neverwinter Nights 2: Glurds' Band
I've reloaded DDO at work today after we were talking last night.
I just had to see my nice shiny armoured characters again
Forgotten quite where I'd got to now though as it's been about 6 months

Don't recall if I ever posted this screen shot of me, Gib and Pop (I think) just hangin' around Delera's Graveyard.

Glurds has a shiny new Greataxe. The game calls it "Re's Redemption." I call it "Orcsmasher."
The caption for the second pic should be, "Honey, I summoned a zoo!" Those critters are all friendly. You can see their portraits over at the top right. My band now has a gnome bard.
