Mine is on the up too. I started on my older slower machine & I was at about .6
Since I've got the new laptop (December) I've slowly climbed to .75 which was my target figure.
But all hail Stinky keep going old chap & get it up to 1

I'm at 1.188 thanks to my trusty tank. I've finally adjusted my gameplay to counteract the nonsense they introduced with the big patch and I'm getting some solid vehicle kills once again.
