Alright, and yes I can hear you all now "Oh no not again!" I figure since it's holiday time maybe you can all add something to share with one another to share with your families via special recipes/snacks or what have you here. My contribution is as follows.
Bacon wrapped Lil Polskas with Brown Sugar and Butter.
Items:
2 packages Hillshire Farms Lil Polska Sausages (Miniature Polish sausages/cocktail wieners)
2-3 packages of any good quality Bacon
1 Box of round toothpicks
1/2 - 1 stick of Butter
1/2 - 1 pound Brown Sugar
1 Large baking sheet/baking dish (preferably Non-stick)
Water (H2o)
Set Oven to 375'
In a large skillet/frying pan cook your bacon until it has the desired golden color, keeping in mind that you DO NOT want it to crisp (chewy) otherwise you cannot work with it.
Once your bacon is finished you will then begin to wrap the sausages with either a half or full strip of bacon depending on your preference, then skewer with 1 toothpick making sure it's all the way through about an 1/8 - 1/4 inch through the wrapped sausage and bacon.
Next in a medium or large sauce pan add brown sugar and water till just dissolved, place on high heat and bring to a boil then reduce heat to med low - low.
You are then going to render the sugar down till it is almost most syrup/candy like (thick enough to coat a spoon) at which point you'll need to remove it from the heat and then incorporate the butter till well blended.
Once you have the sugar and butter ready start dipping the wraps in the mixture being sure to get a nice even coating, then place on your baking sheet/baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 375' for about 5 - 7 minutes. (Watch Carefully)
Remove from oven and serve either piping hot or allow to cool for a few minutes, either way they are very tasty and I hope at least one of you tries them.
Happy Holidays Everyone!
(Note: Use remaining brown sugar and butter sauce for dipping, but keep warm?)

Re: Party snacks/Family Favorites and other such tasty things.
This one's an easy year-round favorite. I'll add cookie recipes and stuff later on, when I get them from my mumsies. My mom's family didn't write this one down, so the item quantities are a little... vague. You'll have to play with it until you find out how you like it.
1 lb. Sea Shell pasta (Macaroni works well too... we like small individual pastas for this, not long stringy ones.)
1-2 cans Campbell's Tomato Soup (Enough to coat all of the pasta when it's cooked, not enough to drown it... can be one big jar, can be two or three small ones)
1 medium white onion (more or less, if you like onions. I don't, so I add just a small one, but my mom always adds two small ones)
~1 lb bacon (again, more or less, to your taste. I add lots, my mom doesn't.)
Cook the pasta according to the box or your normal pasta-heating procedures. While the pasta's cooking:
1. Pour tomato soup into a big bowl. You can add a little water if you need to, but the sauce is relatively thick. It's just going to coat the pasta, not overwhelm it.
2. Cut the bacon and onions into small strips, about 1/4 inch long. Maybe the size of M&Ms.
3. Fry the bacon and onions in a skillet over medium-high heat until the bacon's cooked and the onions are beginning to brown.
4. Drain the grease if necessary, then dump the bacon and onions into the tomato soup. Heat in microwave for 45 seconds, then 30 second intervals until heated through. Doesn't need to be too hot, your pasta carries a lot of heat.
5. Dump the pasta into the bowl with the tomato/bacon/onions and stir. Enjoy while it's warm. Keeps for a week or two in the fridge, heats up very well for leftovers.
In short, tomato soup/bacon/onions/pasta. Nothing to hate, everything to love!
It's a bit vague, but very simple to assemble. You can vary the bacon and onions a bit to your taste, but I try not to let one overbalance the other. I use slightly less onion than bacon because the onions can drown out the bacon flavor. I also like my bacon crispy, but mom doesn't... so you decide.

When creating any bacon based meal I like to keep my emergency defibrillator close at hand. If you place the electrode pads on either side of a 2 quart stainless steel sauce pot it can be used to heat your gravy! For white sauces I prefer the Lagostina’s 14cm Academy Copper sauce pot - at $299.00 and the 'Philips Heartstart OnSite' Automated External Defibrillator. The Philips comes in light blue and is compact and easily portable for those BBQ cheese burger nights!
It's a good thing.
