Time on Posts
I know its a minor thing, and kindof annoying but is there anyway to fix the time so that it has the correct time on the posts that people make, i have found them to be wrong. Only by a couple of hours but if there is anything that can be done that would be great. Thanks
Experience without theory is blind, but theory without experience is mere intellectual play.

Re: Time on Posts
They normally haven't adjusted the time for Daylight Savings Time so it is off half the year. You also have to remember that Jimbo is getting older and time has less importance. When he get to be my age, he'll often wonder what day it is let alone what time it is. And once in a great while I'll put down something totally off the wall like 1996 for a date. I don't expect things to get better as I age.[JiF]Beezer wrote:I know its a minor thing, and kindof annoying but is there anyway to fix the time so that it has the correct time on the posts that people make, i have found them to be wrong. You may have noticed that despite all the words I've typed, I've provided no useful information in regards to your specific point. Another age related phenomena. For reference, you can review most of my posts and many of Grimp's posts and you'll see a definite pattern.

Ok, I have found the difference. If you go to your profile can you change you timezone? I have mine set to GMT-5 for Eastern Time zone, not sure if that is an available field to you though Beezer which is why I am asking. If it isn't available I think I know where to change it in the database, just let me know if you can't and I will do it there.
