Winter illness

Well... It seem like its time of year for all these coughs.. colds.. and virus's,
I Have just started to eat after 4 days of a throat Virus (sounds like nothing much)
It half killed me, couldnt even swallow my own spit without choking, so tablets like
Pain killers had no chance of going down.
feeling better now apart from having ear ache another part of this virus
So if your in the UK get ready for this one its not nice would of sooner had Flu.
Anyone else ill? yy

I was at the doctor last week. He has no cure for Jiffitus.

I also have a bad dose of man-flu.

had my flu jab at work last week, am all set.
my wife is a nurse so I been exposed to all sorts, therfore have strong immune system.
I pity the fool of a bug that comes near my antigens

I haven't had a day off work sick for at least 5 years now. Yeh I get the odd cold, but I've had hangovers that feel worse.
I guess it's all that horrible wet weather you always get up north, combined with all the smoke from the factory chimneys, the 40 woodbines a day habit, no central heating & sharing a bed with your nine brothers & sisters!!!!
Of course I've asked for it now. I feel I should turn around a few times & say a few Hail Mary's or something.
