***README*** All Kick/Ban Information Requests!

Use this forum to post questions about banning or general problems with any of the JiF servers. It will help if you can provide as much information as you can (i.e. server, player name, IP address, date/time, map, etc.)

You will need to prove the following information with ALL kick/ban information requests! include your keyhash, PB GUID, and your IP address. Also include a respectful and calm description of your problem and question. Someone will help you as soon as possible! :)

To find your keyhash
Go to http://www.battlefieldplayers.com/index.php and use the search on your name.

To find your PB GUID
Join a PB enabled server, hit the tilde key [~] to bring down the console and type in pb_myguid.
Write down that number.

To find your IP address
Go to http://www.whatismyipaddress.com
