Kode Red,
The guiding principal is good sportsmanship. For instance, we allow attacking uncaps, but if it becomes obvious that one side is just getting clobbered and they aren't able to break out, then we expect the attackers to back off and let the game become fun for all again. If the teams are lopsided in those cases, I'll often join the defenders just because I like a challenge and enjoy lighting up enemy tanks in an uncap. At least when I was playing a lot I would do that.
We try not to have too many rules and rely on the judgement of our admins to keep the game fun for all involved. It's worked for us, but there have been some people who like more structure to the rules. They usually end up going somewhere else.
Questions and issues can always be brought here or you can PM me or one of the other JiF'ers.

Re: For Kode Red
Thanks for the reply Tissue,
Pretty much as long as I dont go too far with it,(or abuse it) almost anything is allowed. That is cool, I like to have fun while I play. I actually never uncaptureable base camp since I see no skill involved with it. I just wanted to make sure there were no JiF specific server rules that I would violate while playing. I will see you guys this weekend..
