Eclipse Pics 2-21-08

Post by [JiF]Mike »

We were crazy enough to stomp through 3 feet of snow to get some photo's of the eclipse last night from the big field on our property. It was a very clear night for the most part with very few clouds. We tried to get some star photo's too as it was quite impressive..but they didn't come out very well. Anyway....here ya go. :)

That's real cool photography! Thanks for sharing it.
Shame the old guy had to lower the tone! I don't know, the simple things make the aged laugh.

Yeah, I had to watch it from Worcester too. It was cool though. I was cooped up in the lab doing homework and decided to spend a few minutes outside watching it. Not going to happen for another two years..

Also, if you want to be in for a nice treat, make sure you clear your calendars sometime in 2024.. that's when the next Total Solar Eclipse will be on Northern New England. The last total solar eclipse passed through lower Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine in 1994.
