Re: Nor'easter 2008
I got up at 4 AM just because I am old. It's a good thing because I forgot all about the printing the ticket and filling out the stuff I am bringing with me. Fortunately I updated Steam the other day. Logging in anyway just in case they have another update

Re: Nor'easter 2008
LAN party was again fun. Shriner's cheeseburgers are the best.
I left around 2AM as these 2 day partys are getting a bit much for me I just could not face another night sleeping on the floor.
We played in one "Just for Fun" 6V6 TF2 tournament and did pretty well the first round, but got hammered in the second I think we needed Smuckers, Step and Doc!
By the time I left most were sleeping and the games had died down for the night. Our remaining members had started playing retro LAN games and just generally being silly as often happens that time of the morning
I will miss the Shriner's breakfast this morning
I did win an Intel Core 2 Extreme Quad Core Processor
Great to see some of the gang again!
LPANE and sponsers ran a great party again!
Oh and on my way out through the parking lot I ran accross a fox. We both stopped and looked at each other for a few moments and continued on. It did not seem very worried about me

Re: Nor'easter 2008
Glad you all had fun. I hope you enjoy your new toy Grimp as I can't never seem to win anything like that when there is giveaways, I just usually get PSU's or cases.
I hope they have it a little earlier next year like maybe late March or April then Ez-Kill and I might be able to get there.

Re: Nor'easter 2008
Just doesn't seem the same without Grimps tent!
I'll be going to the next one, we need to have a good turnout- that
means Smuckers is going whether he likes it or not
Hey Grimp, when are you delivering my new processor??

Re: Nor'easter 2008
I was thinking it would be too expensive for me to actually upgrade my PC to use the processor and would have to sell it, but I think I can do it for less than $125, so I guess I can keep it I need to get a motherboard and RAM is all.
