Today I Made:
GRILLED PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA SPLIT SANDWICH for BREAKFAST.
Recipe from COOKING LIGHT MAGAZINE.
Thinly sliced bananas and strawberries, peanut butter, vegan chocolate chips, apricot jam and Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread.
This was one of the BEST sandwiches ever!
You have your fruit, protein( peanut butter), and sprouted grains ( from the bread), and every now and then , a taste of chocolate.

I tried this sandwich today for breakfast it was very good . :viva: & I didnt use the vegan chocolate chips just plain old chocolate chips . Thanks for Sandwich tip FrenchAfroman :viva:

Those aren't actually as good as I expected :/ However, roasted cashews on regular shish-kabobs were quite amazing ^_^

You take a long stick and pierce several things on it. Chunks of meat, vegetables, etc etc. Place it over a fire until well cooked and ta-dah! Shishb-kabobs =)
