If we make prisons a living hell for them, then we might just be sending out devils once they are released. Cruel methods to achieve discipline are a thing of the past! So, keep on dancing! Byron F. Garcia.

Re: BF42 DC mod
Well, I hope my chopper skills are superior to Gib's chopper skills!
I think I'm one of the best chopper pilots on this forum. I usualy pwn most of the OppForces with an Appache. I usualy transport the crew in a fully loaded Black Hawk safely over Lost Village while dodging RPG-7's and Stinger's!
I'm not bragging! I'm just making you know that you'll be safe if I'm piloting the Black Hawk you just entered!

Re: BF42 DC mod
I am probably the worst chopper pilot in the world I just don't get it. I have no problem flying planes but choppers I find impossible.
Gnome can you please post a step by step guide on how to fly choppers I would love to be able to fly them.

Re: BF42 DC mod
I'll try my best
1. Set the throttle on max until you reach a certain altitude.
2. Lower the throttle a little, pitch the nose 45 degrees forward(not too much)
3. Once you've gained a certain speed you can higher the nose a little.
4. Use the rudders rather than the....rotors to turn.
5. If you want to land be sure to slow down the chopper. Do this by pitching the chopper 10 degrees backwards and decrease the throttle.
6. When you're about to land you should higher and lower the throttle frequently until you're close to the ground. Then you decrease the throttle carefully.
7. If you land the chopper in the wrong angle and it starts to tumble there's only one thing to do: PRESS E, QUICK!!!!!!!!!!!!
8. Don't forget to plug in your joystick
9. ???
10. PROFIT!

Re: BF42 DC mod
You're using a keyboard?
Well, it works pretty much the same as the planes in vanilia except that it's a chopper. Throttle, Joystick, Twisting.
BTW, I'm at my cabin so I don't have my Joystick here. Looks like someone gotta sacrify themself by flying a Black Hawk.

Re: BF42 DC mod
OK thanks Gnome so it's joystick to pitch down 45 degrees and use twist rudder to turn no keyboard keys are required.
I'll go off now and do some practising. Thanks!!
