Warning Peanuts

My local Starbucks has a semi-new Peanut Butter & Jelly bar on display in those cases that tempt you while you wait for your drink. It's got the warning label that says "contains peanuts".

I've asked several times that they remove the warning and let Darwin do his thing but they always just give me a blank stare.
