Does anyone use this service? Care to comment if you do? Basically it is an alternate DNS service to use other than the ones provided by your ISP.

I do, I cannot say I really see any difference. It's supposed to help you with phishing sites, and also when you mistype a site. They claim a speed increase because they cache more, but I have not seen it.
