I think the lottery is having an issue:

Lottery should be fixed and by fixed I dont mean 'fixed'

Anyway, you can only buy one ticket at a time, but you can go back and buy another ticket if you wish.

Bier must get his tickets in some old package store your afraid to go into in Chicopee Mass those are the only places the win lotteries at least in Massachusetts

EDIT: No dig to Chicopee Mass intended. Just meaning some lesser know city/town in Massachusetts.
