There are so many donuts and so little time.
I don't have a true favorite, I have many favorites.
Most anything filled with some creamy or frosting filling would be my favorite.
I like almost any donut, but don't really care for jimmies on anything.
Ohhh, the word Bizmark just popped into my head
Watch it Step your walking a thin donut line here. Don't make me notify security

The funny/sad thing is, it was hard to tell if it was a joke or not.[JiF]Security wrote:Topic has been unlocked now that everyone has had a chance to calm down.
Be advised any future threats against donuts will be dealt with quickly and harshly
You've got to ask yourself a question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?

It was a rather oblique series of jokes. I view [JiF]Security as a cross between Barney Fife and that movie Beej likes about State Troopers. I can't remember the name, but I certainly hope it isn't "State Troopers" or something like that because I'll feel dumb if it is.[JiF]KellysHero wrote:The funny/sad thing is, it was hard to tell if it was a joke or not.[JiF]Security wrote:Topic has been unlocked now that everyone has had a chance to calm down.

I thought I read it could, but I don't think so now that I browse about.[JiF]DispDave wrote:Grimp - can this play iTunes music? My ideal would a remote unit to play my iTunes music and have Aux inputs for my XM as well as I like to listen to both music and Opie and Anthony in my garage.
The unit itself is pretty lame out of the box with the stock firmware. Linksys abandoned the unit.
VTuner who I guess supported the original station lists seems to have picked it up and you can get firmware verson 2.3.6 and the radio station list will update from them.
I know it works with windows media player and there are some free media servers. I comes with Music Match server witch I did not bother to install. I believe it needs an mp3 stream from a media server.

This is a retail server that would do it
Allegro Media Server streams digital music from iTunes® libraries to wired or wireless networked digital music players

Iopener
Then you can use iTunes to convert them to mp3.iOpener is an application that will find all of the “protected” AAC files in your iTunes library (the ones you purchased online) and remove the DRM (encryption) from them “in place”, allowing you to enjoy the music you’ve purchased on any device anywhere that supports the standard AAC format. This means that you will notice no change whatsoever in iTunes except that the “type” of the track will change from “Protected AAC audio file” to “AAC audio file.”
Additionally, iOpener can run in the background (in your task tray, actually) and auto-decrypt any “protected” AAC files as they are added to your iTunes library.

Hey Beej,
Your PD have a scanner feed?
I found I can listen to the Paducah, Kentucky Police and Fire Scanner as well as others on my Internet radio via this type of stream
http://paducahscanner.servequake.com:8000/ <----- I don't really know what that is, but I think its and MP3 stream.

If you were born in the 50's you will probably love this station http://www.realoldies1250.com/
Kinda like Top 40 from 50's and 60's not just classic rock. It reminds me of listening to Carl DeSuze on WBZ AM Boston way back before the were all news/talk.
I have also been listening to the drama channel that plays old radio shows. Funny listening to Jack Webb hawking Chesterfield cigarettes during the broadcasts of Dragnet. Funny Dragnet is not any different on the radio than it was on TV
My Linksys radio has been working well. I paid $19 for a lifetime subscription to the station listing service and it included their PC tuner.
