follow up lesson. Moderators edit base on their emotional state at a given time and not always on rationale. The joke was funny and in better taste than some things we allow up here. It also had moral to the story, which is probably why you grimped it.

No I was not in any particular mood.
Have not noticed any other post that it was in better taste than.
I also put a copy of it in the moderators forum and let them know they could put it back if they like.
