I'm a Firefox user, so I use the NewsWizz extension. I LOVE it. I asked Jimbo for an RSS feed from here!

Foxmail worked but SharpReader seems better.

I guess they don't show edits either?

I use the Sage plugin for Firefox. Seems to do the job. Will have to add the JiF feed though :)

IE 7 RC1 brags about its RSS abilities.

I tried the IE 7 thing and don't really like it. SharpReader seems fine for me.
I can post directly by double clicking on a post to show the real post in the window and can sort it how I feel like.
Maybe you can do it in IE but I did not like the way it looked at all. SharpReader has sort of a Outlook Express feel which I am comfortable with.

I've never really been a big fan of Firefox but since BeeJ got me hooked on Wizz RSS for firefox it's my browser of choice.

I just wish there was an easy way to share the RSS setup from one computer to another.

You can do it several ways. Go into the options and SAVE FEEDS TO SERVER (create a free account, then go to another PC and RESTORE FEEDS), or export the OPML file and take it with you.
