Seems to be a little buggy for me. It doesn't always work correctly, not sure if it has to do with left over cookies or not.

Seems to work for me but I don't use it that much.

It should give you a list of threads that don't have any replies. There's nothing user-specific about that so I don't think weirdness there would be cookie-related.
