Going to be swapping out modems tomorrow.
Comcast sees T3 and T4 timeouts ... so I'll see what the swap out do.

I use to work for them for 2 years in the Cable internet dept, just as broadband was rolling out. Luckly I only had the modem for a week.
LT I would stick with what you have . I had a (SB) Motorola Surf Board 5120. This is still the standard for them, but there starting to deploy the RCA's. I still think I simply had a bad modem given to me.
