I am behind the eight ball again and have been looking into capturing all our companies emails to get compliant with the new laws.
After about a week of testing it looks like we will have about 1.5 Gigs of mail per week. Only one week, but its still better than I had expected. I am using MS Exchange server's archive abilities and I have installed some GNU software on another server to store and search it all. I don't plan on keeping the GNU stuff. Its not quite polished enough. I was wondering what anyone else is using to store and search email archives.
Any software recommendations or places to farm it out to?

I use GFI's Mail Security and Mail Essentials on my Exchange server and have been very happy. I have not used this product, but if the others are any indication it should be very good. I think they will give you a test version too.

Yep, I have looked at that one. Seems pretty good and had some pretty good reviews.
I have also been looking at this http://www.arcmailtech.com/product-demo/
If its in the $3,000 to $5,000 it might be more cost effective as it includes the hardware.
