C:\ on Vista

Quick question (for those who know Windows Vista):

I have a laptop that came with Windows Vista :( and I was installing Pro/E on it last night. The version I have of Pro/E is a training copy so I had to give PTC my e-mail to send me the license file for the software. Long story short, the directions in the e-mail directed me to put the text file in the C:\temp folder. On Vista, I cannot seem to locate such a folder. Is there an equivilant folder to the temp folder on XP? I need it so that the software reads the license info and allows me to open Pro/E...

You can create a folder C:\temp if its not there.

I have tried that, but the software still does not recognize the license, Im guessing the folder it's suppose to read was designated into another folder name due to Vista not having that folder to begin w/...
