This is a picture I took this week of one of my company's pubs which is usually next to the river Thames in a place called Henley on Thames.

This is what greeted me this morning. If you look closely you can see where the chunk of ice feel from the roof a rolled through the window. (hint - right below the "Fresh Fudge sign.)

That is a LOT of snow Badger..

We still have about 3 feet here, that's packed itself down enough to walk on. Rained a bit, and took care of some of the ice dams on the roof, so the side of the house doesn't have an ice sheet crawling down.

Gotta get that roof done this year, I just can't see it surviving another year with these terrible ice dams we keep getting. I'm springing for that ice cable, if only for the back side to help cut down on the mess its making.
