Aliens: Colonial Marines

This game looks like a lot of fun! I've always wanted a good one, I sure hope this is it. Anyone else grabbing it when it comes out next week?

The game is rated mature, there's some bad language in trailer.


I believe in multiplayer there is a team of marines and a team of aliens. Sounds fun!!

Game over man! I'll have to get it, I loved Aliens 2. When we did tabletop wargamming back in the 90's we bought mini's that resembled the marines from the movies(including that long squad auto cannon) and a buddy of mine who was a great mini painter and modler made aliense from modifying Genestealers from the Space Hulk game. Ah good times

Burke: Look, this whole station is basically a big fusion reactor...
[Gorman turns back to stare, horrified, at the screen]
Burke: ...right? So you're talkin' about a thermonuclear explosion and "Adiós, muchachos."
Gorman: Oh, great. Wonderful. Blah!

I so need to watch that movie again this weekend! Such great classic sci-fi!

I have been waiting for this game for a while. I hope it is good. Most of the reviews I have heard from people, they are just going on about how the graphics are dated. I will make my own opinion about the gameplay though.

I haven't read many reviews of it. Too bad about the graphics, but if the game is good it's easy to overlook. Hope it's good.

the reviews are our for A:CM and they are not good. Basically everybody is saying how bad it is and that it is not worth the money to buy. Will wait till it's on sale on Steam I guess....
