Interesting book: Neal Stephenson's Reamde

I am a big fan of Neal Stephenson's books. Cryptonomicon is one of my all-time favorites, as are Snow Crash and Diamond Age. I was therefore surprised to find he has a new book out that addresses a lot of themes that would be familiar to Jiffers. I plan to pick it up as soon as it's available at my local library. How's this for a plot (from the Amazon webpage):

I'll have to look for this. SnowCrash is a great read.

It is a quality book - like many of his tomes it has multiple threads that eventually come together in relatively plausible ways.

What is really interesting is how the real cash auctions for DiabloIII are effectively predicted by this book
