How can I get in on this 1942 fun. Never played it and don't have any copies....is it still available?

You can buy bf42 cheap on amazon ...

You then need to install the free patch to bring it up to v1.61 - check out the jiff bf1942 forum postings for the patch location.
You will also need punkbuster , the links are in the bf1942 forums.

EoD v2.4 is a fred mod for bf1942 and consists of 3 large installation files of about 3gb each, again the links are in the bf1942 forum posts.

Just ordered it. amazon.ca only listed like three places to get it from. Cheapest was from UK for $10 + $5 for shipping. but will take about two weeks to get. Guess there is no hurry. Will see you guys soon though...
