Good news: The registration is open for the BYOC at PAX East 2012. http://lanfest.intel.com/?page=event&su ... entid=1838
Bad news: The 3 day passes are sold out for PAX East and you need those to get into the BYOC. Alternative is to purchase three single day passes but it will cost you $105 vs $65. http://east.paxsite.com/index.php
I know some JiF folks wanted to attend this year so I hope you already purchased tickets. BTW - The registered/paid list for the BYOC is at 237/360 already. If you do have PAX East tickets or plan to buy them then you need to register and pay for the BYOC asap.
I hope to see some of you there.

Hey [JiF]r's
I just checked the registration site and 3-day passes along with Sat passes are all gone. If you were unable to get a 3-day pass or purchase 3 single-day passes you are locked out of the BYOC. The BYOC registration ends today so you would need to complete it if you do have the 3-days covered. I hope some of you can attend. Even if you do not make the BYOC let me know what days you'll be at the PAX conference so we can say hello.
Cheers

Re: PAX East 2012 + Intel LanFest BYOC
Hey devnull,
A friend and I picked up a Friday and Saturday pass (because we were too late for the 3-day passes :\ ). Probably works out though since I might have obligations on Sunday. But boy, it's been a long time since I've LAN'd. I actually have a real PC now too!
Either way, hope to catch you at the actual expo.
