Back home from the hospital
All went well with surgery. OUCH!!! Things are a little tender but I came home last night. I guess two days in the hospital isn't bad for a total knee replacement. They originally planned on 3 to 5 days. The best part is "THE JOINT PAIN IS GONE". I am grateful for that. I do believe BF42 would be great therapy so I should be on a little more than usual. I'm just happy to be home!!!

Re: Back home from the hospital
WOW! What a rough couple of weeks . It's tough when pain rules everything you try to do. Then there's the therapy where they try to bend a knee that's twice the size that is supposed to be . OUCH!!! Finally I am starting to feel a little bit better each day. Yesterday I had my 24 staples taken out and that felt good. The doc says that everything is looking ok except for the bruise that starts at the base of my butt and travels down my leg passing my knee on both sides and continuing on down to my calf. Such pretty colors Today I was able to start my therapy outside of the house. Lucky for me she is this cute little blond that stooped over my leg giving me a pretty good view of what's past that v-neck collar while massaging my knee. (That would be the the left knee)!!! Those few minutes of heaven was all worth the agony that she put me through during the next half hour of bending and strengthening. I get to see her three times a week. I'll let you know how the next session turns out. Don't get me wrong, all this pain will slowly be going away and is not even close to the daily pain I got rid off from having this done. I totally have no regrets. I could tell the difference when they wheeled me out of recovery to my room that the constant nagging joint pain was GONE! Anyway, not to bore you guys too much, I just wanted to give you an update on what's happening.
MAN! What a knock-out blonde therapist!!!
...until next time
