I caught a hacker

After work this evening thought I'd have a quick try with the new patch. Saw Wids was in a game so joined him. After a few minutes I got killed by a chap but it didn't give a weapon. Hmmm I couldn't work out where he had come from as I had my back to a rock wall!
Then I got the death cam & he had no weapon in his hand & didn't look as though he was in a part of the map near me. So I spawned on the Hilltop again & he killed me again almost instantly & again & again.
So I tabbed out loaded up fraps & took a video of him shooting me from the spawn base when I was on the Hilltop.
Then I went off to Battlelog & marked him as a hacker in his profile & reported to EA/Dice that I had video to prove it.
Not sure if they will ever get back to me or just remove him, his stats would give it away, as at the time he was 40 - 0 on a losing team.
Dumb ass wasn't clever enough not to log on to a server with death cam so you were able to see him in the base where there was no way he could legitimately kill you from.
So hopefully that will be another

What a dumb MF. Why make a super hack that shoots instantly, through walls, as someone spawns. So obvious its a hack.

You know, if they ever do anything like a National Provider Id for online games like they do in the healthcare business and then require a retinal scan to log into any game, you could permantly ban any asshat from all games and futrue games when caught hacking!

Now how do I convince the world to make a retinal scanner standard equipment on all pcs....hmm.

On one of my previous death cam experiences he was just standing at the Home base firing his machine gun in the general direction of Hilltop not even aimed just from the hip. Another time he was in a Growler doing the same random firing.

Recorded and reported the hacker instead of going: "OMFG HAX!"

See he's changed his player name today to GeriDerShlingel (how appropriate!)
Just had an email from EA that they are currently investigating.
However I do wonder if they are on the right track as their last bit of the email was as follows -

That is not what I reported. I followed their direction for reporting a hacker according to the forums.
Go to players profile, click on the small exclamation mark on the top right & post your complaint.
I reported that he was a hacker using an aimbot!

So we'll see. They did say however that - Due to our Privacy Policy, we cannot contact you concerning the outcome of the investigation, but please rest assured that we will take appropriate action.

Maybe just maybe they might do something.
