Got problems with lag on DX10 card?

Then try using this little nugget I picked up from another gaming forum

Open the console in game (same as it's ever been for any BF series) then type in the following text

RenderDevice.ForceRenderAheadLimit 1

Hit enter close the console & this should help a bit with the lag issue.
Doc says that you can put it in to an ini file so it loads automatically, otherwise every time you enter a server you have to type this in.
Hopefully Doc can let us know what ini file to edit.
