I've been having random but annoying crashes with my HP Elite e9180f computer, and found out that someone filed a class action suit alleging that HP used faulty motherboards. HP has accepted responsibility, and will soon announce a 90 day period during which owners of certian HP computers can get a free motherboard replacement.
Here's the link in case anyone else is caught up in this: http://www.hpelitedesktopsettlement.com/Default.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: HP bad motherboard class action suit
I think this should have happened with my HP laptop as well.
The issue with a faulty touch sensitive task bar has brought pages & pages of discussion from many people. Even going so far as having to take the thing apart to properly ground the bar.
Don't think I would buy HP computer again.
Good luck with your issue Stinky
