New BF42 Map Schedule and EoD Download Links

The Eve of Destruction Mod on Fridays and Saturdays.

Sunday - BG42
Monday - BG42
Tuesday - BG42
Wednesday - Vanilla 42
Thursday - Vanilla 42
Friday - EoD
Saturday - EoD



Please post feedback to this thread, especially any maps that crash.

will try and install for tomorrow had this version ages ago but no one played it

So, now i have all files on my PC and i installed it.

Now i will play - tightness rises - and .... nothing. Pure nothing.

Ok, i try 2 set it up on "own games" in BF mask.

nothing again.

So i make it again, now i put the files into the BF42 files. And now i had the worst case: Game doesnt start anymore.

What a Friday night without BF ...

sounds like you have some non map files in the map folder - this will often cause BF42 to fail to load or to crash

Mach es in den Ordner wo die anderen drin sind. Bei mir hier: C:\Programme\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\Mods

Dann funzt es.

Über "Eigene Spiele" anwählen, nachdem Du BF gestartet hast.

Alfred, if you are installing EOD on a Win 7 machine remember to change the install directory to C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Battlefield 1942\Mods and not the default directory suggested by the EOD installer.

Need act. a tool who could clean a program who will stay at my PC like a stone ... Ideas?

Alf - a bit lost in translation but I think this may help

it should allow you to remove a program and all of its components
