Here's a really easy recipe for a fantastic dip. I'm making it today for the fourth weekend in a row, after seeing it in the Washington Post.
3 boneless chicken breasts (2-3 pounds)
1 small brick of cream cheese, cut into small pieces
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (the pre-shredded packs have 2 cups)
1 cup salad dressing (I use half blue cheese, half ranch; too much blue overpowers it)
1 cup hot sauce (I use Franks, Crystal or Texas Pete; Tabasco is too hot for me)
Boil the chicken for about 12 minutes until done. Then shred into small pieces with your fingers.
Whiloe the chicken is boiling, put the cream/cheddar cheese, dressing and hot sauice in a large baking dish. Mix up well and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, mix again, add the chicken when it is ready, and bake again for 30 minutes.
Then enjoy, with chips (I like Tostitos scoops to get lots of the dip) or, for the real Buffalo experience, with celery sticks.

Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip
Omg lol, we've been making this dip for a few years now and it's been a while since we made it, so we made it tonight. Then I come on JiF and see a post about it. HOW AWESOME! I should have shared it way sooner, but never thought about it.
If I may suggest, only use Franks hot sauce, and hidden valley ranch dressing. We have tried some others and it's just not as good as it is with those two.
I can't recommend this dip enough!
