Red Orchestra 2 - Heroes of Stalingrad

Post by [JiF]Uncle Stinky »

This one looks interesting. I played RO and it was very realistic, and tough. There's a nice trailer on Steam:

There is a 10% discount now for Steam users.

I bought the original version on your recommendation stinky and I thought it was quite good even on my rusty old pc.
I have a better pc now so I think I'll be getting version 2 :)

Kind of on the fence but it looks really good. I've heard they are giving 2 free weekend guest passes for pre-orders so if anyone has an extra one I'd like to try it out before hand.

cheers

Looks like a real good game. I'll be buying it. Unfortunately tho, since my computers had some problems running 42, i play Day of Defeat Source, Red Orchestra looks like its going to absolutely kill that XD. But if you guys are going to be playing this and Battlefield 3 i'll be back in the blink of an eye

Ive played the first one when it was still a free unreal mod, it was excellent. Would love to buy this one but with bf3 around the corner I may hold off. Once bf3 releases I doubt I will be playing anything else. ;)

Here's a good video of Gameplay: (If kids watching there's a little bit of swearing here and there)

Here's his YouTube page with a whole bunch of gameplay reviews. He gives really good hands on reviews.

How is it? I've been eyeing it for some time. It was third on my list to pre-order behind RAGE and Battlefield 3, but I haven't gone through with it yet.
