ARRRRRRGGGGH Diets

I actually will take a Boston Cream, Bavarian Cream or Frosting filled over a jelly, but they don't have the granular sugar on them like jelly.
Its a tough call either way. Don't even get me started on cinnamon rolls

After working at a bakery in my youth and seeing/handling the 5 gallon buckets of jelly and cream, I will take a nice fresh cruller any day.

Ya, there are drawbacks to having worked in the food preparation fields. Some things are just not the same after you watch them made :D

Just to clarify, I was refering to German style crullers (there is a special dough), not the air-filled version called French cruellers.

Anyway, they just created Caffeine Donuts.

I'm still on my New Year's diet. Barely. Week 1, lost 3.5 pounds. Week 2, lost 0.5 pounds. Week 3, no change. Week 4 - I'll find out tomorrow at my weekly weigh in. But I'm not too optimistic.
