A little trip to a local Monument

The family and I went out to visit a few areas i haven't seen in awhile and they are in my own backyard.
I'll post a few pics for you guys to enjoy.
One picture is of the battleship Texas.

Here are a few pics from the top of the monument.
The monument is $4.00 for a ride to the top and you can hang out up there as long as you want.
It's 45 floors.

The pictures from the monument were taken through a sort whitish plexiglass.

Hey corn thanks for sharing these pictures with us. It looks like a great place to visit. That monument is huge , did you go on board the Texas?

We arrived too late to go on board the ship.
Hope to go back and get some pics of the inside. :roll: :hihi: :D :lol:
