Bullet drop?

Once i played as scout i aimed at a guy doing nothing. He was far away from me and i aim 1mm (on my monitor) above his head just for fun. I fire but kills him. Wow bf1942 has bullet drop too! In a mod(that i forgot the name) you where able to see the bullet and the bullet drop and flying time was realistic ex. handguns must aim high but snipers need to aim like in BC2.
