Had flaps down but the damn thing wont take off. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone post the steps in the pre-flight check you need to do assuming there is one?
Is there a tutorial in the single player missions or anything that teaches how to fly the jets and heli's and what controls to bind in the ACE config?
And ya...I am hooked.

Re: How to take off in A10?
I just kept hitting the gas and trying to get the nose off the ground.
It took off just at the end of the runway...not sure if that's normal, but
at least I got airborn.
It was the flying afterward that I found to be the bigger challenge!
Once you get the hang of it though, dropping those 4 big bombs on a main target is pretty darn fun

Thanks to Doc making a training wheels mission for me we found flaps down twice with the scroll wheel. Wait till airspeed reaches 160(stall speed) then gently pull up. After takeoff scroll wheel to raise(retract) flaps and raise landing gear.
Don't pull to many g's or youll black/red out!
I think the power of the engines is off as the A10 can fly on just 1 but it didnt seem to have a whole lotta hp with full throttle.
Pretty fun locking on from a few clicks away with the Hellfire MkL!!!
Boo-ya!
