BG42 Updated

Is our server now running 7.1 or 1.61? If we are running 1.7, it explains why I can't getr on.

yep its 1.7 I cant get on either that reload we talked about didnt work

I know you probably already done this pop but did you install all the 1.7 parts in the right order.......I thought I had a problem when trying to install part 2 of 5 didn't seem to be doing anything, so I left that window running and went onto install part 3 of 5. Once that was installed hey presto part 2 said it was installed!!!
Played last night for the first time and had no probs.

well I guess so I tried it three times but all it does is loads all the way then reverts to desk top so I got a new computer now I cant get passed 1.5(out-Of-the-box)Im having trouble getting this comp.to see the up grade so I cant load BG at all Im still working on it. But Thanks for your concern. My old one was xp this one is winds 7 all promps are different but Ill figure it out somtime hope to see you soon

Do you know that when using Win 7 you have to run game in admin mode?..... if your not sure I'll try and explain, I had the same problem.

Hey pop , I found this article on how to get your BF1942 installed on Win 7. You will of course need to get BF1942 installed before installing BG1942.

Just a note regarding compatibility mode pop , in addition to ticking the box for bf1942.exe to "run as an administrator" you must also set the compatibility mode to "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)"
