Anything nice in Nice?

Post by [JiF]rix »

Going to Nice (south of France) 4 full days with girlfriend in the end of nov.
Haven't planned anything yet but I guess we're going to Monaco for one day and maybe Cannes.
Someone been there and have some tips?

4 days is not much but def go see monaco. its very small so u can actually see the whole thing in less then a day. cannes is very nice too. while u are down there watch ur pockets and bags. there a thiefs all over the place in those tourist sites. and if u happen to have a rental car make sure to close the doors at anytime(yes even while driving) get in the car and lock the doort. do not leave anything in the car accept if u have a sepparated trunk were noone can see wahts in it.

i dont want to scare u of it a very beautiful place to go but as a frenchmen myself with many upper class french friends (those rich pricks can just by anything) i happen to know that thiefs in the south of france take anything that is not set in concrete.

just a couple of examples: thiefs stole the waterpump for the swimming pool out of the shed it was in.

AND NOW BEST STORIE EVER: THIS IS REAL NOT A LIE----- thiefs stole the WATER out of the pool over night. water is very expensive for homeowners down there and a pool is expensive to fill up so its easier to steal it and seel it to others who need water for the pool
