Do it yourself Trikes

Post by [JiF]Sandretzky »

http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Doityourselftrikes/Started group in 2003. I was building a chevy v8 trike. Fell from a roof at work. Wrecked my feet, ankles, knees. 3 months later I was cleared to drive......that weekend a guy failed to stop at his stop sign(destroyed what was healed). Back to the wheelchair. Dr. found Heart disease on me. Open heart surgery...cut some out. 3 months later I blacked out behind the wheel (cardiac arrest). They installed a defibullator _i still cant spell_. Depression, 2yrs counseling through all this. Can't weld anymore(defib), Threw away project.
Got my head screwed on straight again...New trike project. The theme has been up in the air.....will be a rat trike. So far its made from Honda, Harley, lumina minivan, & half a hay rack  Trike building is been a big craze for a while. I think I will make it the [JiF] Trike if thats ok. Just in Fun, thats what this project has been about. Ive already been working on some missle like turn and tail lights. Been bolting it all together so far. Will bring it to get welded soon.

Sounds like a neat project. Don't forget storage for PB, bread and jelly for those quick pick me up sandwiches.

It was the first trike I think it was. If I remember right the pic was like a straight on pic of one being built or close to being done something like that. After I read the description of the posted site it was the same site also.
