Looks like it's a movie. Jery Ryan has stated this is a pilot or something for a new movie.

Unfortunately this was just a short film made by a director as a personal project. The director has hopes to possibly get this some attention to possibly turn this into a movie, also this short film was shot in only two days. You can read more about it here....
