Is it okay to play on pistol/knife servers?
No, playing on these servers can get your stats wiped. The persons operating these severs are dishonoring their contracts with EA.

Sorry I said anything about going to one of these servers guys. I thought it was fun but I stumbled on this in the EA FAQ section.
