That's a bunch of BS Mike. I would fight this out as long as you possibly can. Considering it is made by Valve, they own complete control of the cost of the game. The fact that they refuse to refund the difference is completely ridiculous. And corn, l4d2 is much better trust me. I didn't play l4d all that much, but l4d2 is a whole new game.

It's a good thing i went and checked my order because i had mistakenly ordered L4D not L4D2.
I quickly canceled and ordered the correct one for 29.99.

Well, I got a response to my message from Steam. They said the same thing. They quite simply do not care.

Do you guys play mainly coop vs the zombies, or the mode where you can also be a zombie? I must admit, I really liked the coop play in LFD. I can;t tell oyu how many times I died on the dock as the boat pulled away, yelling "Go on without me!"

Haha yea I know what dock your talking about, I've died there plenty of times.

We typically play Online Versus due to the sheer amount of fun we have destroying the other team. However we also do Coop just to get a feel of the levels before we jump on versus. You never know what to expect in online versus but knowing where to go and where some items typically are helps out tremendously.

There are other game modes like survival and scavenge, but I never spend much time on those. I wouldn't mind playing coop on some of the later campaign maps, it seems all we ever play is Dead Center and Dark Carnival because they are so much fun.

Tonight is the first ever JiF Zombie Thursdays! Lets try to fill the server up with all JiFers. Tonight we will play versus because it supports up to 8 players. Should be a lot of fun. Like always.
