Maybe not the best I have seen, but one I never forgot and have watched many times over the years. I think for its time it was great. Another one would be the old version of "The Time Machine".
Figured you would have enjoyed the initial radio broadcast of it when you heard it live, or did it just scare you so you've blocked it out?
You've got to ask yourself a question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?

I think I saw Star Wars in the theater at least 5 times. Other than that series and the Alien ones I would have to say Spaceballs. :D

It's hard to believe that no one mentioned Saturn 3, Krull, or Soylent Green (it's people!).

BTW Each of these classic flicks are now available on high quality DVD, the content is still iffy but the DVDs are made of the finest plastic.

like I said - it is way too tough to pick a fav when u lump ALL forms into one category under the umbrella of "scifi"....

I agree, heck if you just created a category of Future Cop you could fill a list pretty quick. Runaway, Judge Dredd, Demolition Man, Robo Cop, Outland, Blade Runner ... and while one or two of those movies might even be good - the rest will star Sylvester Stallone.

THX 1138. Almost painful to sit through, but worth mentioning.
