2 Desktops to one PC

i m trying to set up 2 desktops to my pc but its simply not working. i have 2 of those blue ports but one just doesent seem to work.

i also tryed seting up my tv screen to my pc but nothing happens on that screen.

i m just a total pc noob i m glad bf works cause everything else just makes me angry cause it never works the way i want it to.

One port is probably a graphics card on the mother board which does not run because you have another card installed on your system.
May need a graphics card with 2 ports on the same card. It may be both card are connected. Have you enabled dual view on the desktop?
