Good pic! Where you were at?
My first dive with a shark was in Hawaii, the pic I put on here from from a shark dive in the Bahama.

Amazing pic, Top. I don't know if I could handle being so close to sharks. I'd certainly be signing my will before the dive

I'm cheating a bit, actually - I dive at an aquarium here in town. We've had up to 12 sharks in that tank at once, but we only have 8 in there currently. I've got a pretty solid collection of teeth gathered from the bottom. That image was from a story that ran in my home town newspaper. The article was awful but the pictures came out great.[JiF]Top321us wrote:Good pic! Where you were at?
I'm actually headed there now.

I use to do that. I use to volunteer at the zoo to help clean the tanks. I should do that again, it was a lot of work but fun too! Is it not a rush to be swimming with them?
Kind of like hiking in the woods and seeing a bear. It is humbling to realize at times humans are not always the top of the food chain! LOL
Trooper - What you do not see is the other 30/35 sharks that were around us. These were taken on 35 MM film and then I scanned them but check this one out. The scan is pretty bad and the pic is dark but you can see another diver and two sharks.
I need to get the video from tape to digital but that show just how many sharks and the 100's of fish we saw on one dive. Diving is one great sport. Must be close to flying like a bird and being weightless!

He's too busy playing BF2 and (more recently) Champions Online. We probably will never see him on 1942 unless I smash his new desktop to little bits and force him to use his old laptop. Then you won't see me anymore Hahah!
